Presented in this graphic is the project schedule and related milestones for the Old Lake Wilson Road Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study. The project schedule depicts an overall duration of approximately 39 months, beginning in December 2020 and ending in February 2024.
For public involvement, an Alternatives Public Meeting #1 was held on February 2022 and a Public Hearing is anticipated to take place in June 2023. However, public involvement will take place throughout the entire PD&E Study. The technical analyses depicted in the schedule include the following milestones and approximate time frames: Data Collection from December 2020 to March 2021; Existing Conditions Analysis from February 2021 to July 2021; Alternatives Analysis from July 2021 to August 2022; a Preferred Alternative will be selected following the Alternatives Public Meeting by approximately March 2022; Draft Documents will be prepared between December 2021 and August 2022; the preferred alternative will be finalized in November 2022 followed by the Public Hearing; and Final Documents will be refined and finalized between August 2022 and mid January 2024.
As mentioned above, the study is anticipated to conclude in February 2024. All dates depicted on the schedule are subject to change.
